　　尊敬的老师们、亲爱的同学们：

　　大家好!

　　现在正是天气逐渐转热季节，暑期即将来临，中小学生溺水伤亡的事故也明显多了起来。目前全国每年有1.6万名中小学生非正常死亡，平均每天约有40多名学生死于溺水、交通或食物中毒等事故，其中溺水和交通仍居意外死亡的前两位。听了这些实例，我想在座的每一位同学心里都不会感到轻松。你是否感叹，是否惋惜，一个生命就这样在世界上转瞬消失?

　　人，应该珍爱生命。今天这节课我们就来学习珍爱我们的生命--防溺水教育。

　　一、关于游泳我们要严格遵守“四不”

　　1、未经家长老师同意不去。

　　2、没有会游泳的成年人陪同不去。

　　3、深水的地方不去。

　　4、不熟悉的江溪池塘不去。(当然，也不能到河塘捞鱼摸虾)

　　二、溺水原因主要有以下几种

　　1、不会游泳。

　　2、游泳时间过长，疲劳过度。

　　3、在水中突发病尤其是心脏病。

　　4、盲目游入深水漩涡。

　　三、如何防溺水

　　游泳，是广大青少年喜爱的体育锻炼项目之一。然而，不做好准备、缺少安全防范意识，遇到意外时慌张、不能沉着自救，极易发生溺水伤亡事故。

　　为了确保游泳安全，防止溺水事故的发生，必须做到以下几点：

　　1、不要独自一人外出游泳，更不要到不摸底和不知水情或比较危险且宜发生溺水伤亡事故的地方去游泳。选择好的游泳场所，对场所的环境，如该水库、浴场是否卫生，水下是否平坦，有无暗礁、暗流、杂草，水域的深浅等情况要了解清楚。

　　2、必须要有组织并在老师或熟悉水性的人的带领下去游泳。以便互相照顾。如果集体组织外出游泳，下水前后都要清点人数、并指定救生员做安全保护。

　　3、要清楚自己的身体健康状况，平时四肢就容易抽筋者不宜参加游泳或不要到深水区游泳。要做好下水前的准备，先活动活动身体，如水温太低应先在浅水处用水淋洗身体，待适应水温后再下水游泳;镶有假牙的同学，应将假牙取下，以防呛水时假牙落入食管或气管。

　　4、对自己的水性要有自知之明，下水后不能逞能，不要贸然跳水和潜泳，更不能互相打闹，以免喝水和溺水。不要在急流和漩涡处游泳，更不要酒后游泳。

　　5、在游泳中如果突然觉得身体不舒服，如眩晕、恶心、心慌、气短等，要立即上岸休息或呼救。

　　6、在游泳中，若小腿或脚部抽筋，千万不要惊慌，可用力蹬腿或做跳跃动作，或用力按摩、拉扯抽筋部位，同时呼叫同伴救助。

　　7、在游泳中遇到溺水事故时，现场急救刻不容缓，心肺复苏最为重要。将溺水者救上岸后，要立即清除口腔、鼻咽腔的呕吐物和泥沙等杂物，保持呼吸通畅;应将其舌头拉出，以免后翻堵塞呼吸道;将溺水者的腹部垫高，使胸及头部下垂，或抱其双腿将腹部放在急救者肩部，做走动或跳动"倒水"动作。恢复溺水者呼吸是急救成败的关键，应立即进行人工呼吸，可采取口对口或口对鼻的人工呼吸方式，在急救的同时应迅速送往医院救治。

　　某一村，一个无知的小孩，由于一时的贪玩，到河边去玩水。先来到河边，看见水中一物体好看，一时好奇，向水深中走去，由于光的折射，看似深却似浅，一时间，失去了宝贵的生命。上文，真可谓是“落花有意，流水无情”。这样的流水，人们赋予它的只有“无情”两个字。

　　“百川东到海，何时复西归?”真想不到这竟然成了流水无情的写照

　　流水无情，多少人因为溺水而失去了幸福的家庭，又有多少人因为意外而失去亲人，为此，他们泪流满面。现在，就让我们重新认识一下溺水。

　　首先，分析为什么会造成溺水事故。

　　溺水的造成，是由于个人自我防护意识太浅，或是由于自然灾害等因素造成。

　　怎样防止被溺水?这就关系到自身问题，比如说什么时候该做些什么，不该做什么等等。比如，像游泳前先做些运动。

　　看见有人被溺水怎么办?如果要去救人，必须要在自己能保护自己的前提下进行。不要逞一时之能。或者是赶快去找人来帮忙

　　There is a very beautiful river in Paris.It is the Seine，it runs across the City，people drink coffee， chat on the bank in the day，at night，they enjoy the beautiful scenery in the boat，songs from the river fly into the Sky made the river more attractive， the Seine is a famous symbol of France；on the west coast of pacific ocean there lies the modern City Shanghai，anot ther river which used to be a very important transportation route runs through the center of the city，people respected and regard it as"mother".It is the"suzhou river，but l believe that few of you would sit beside it，people will be scattered by the terrible smell of water when walk by.I have to say it is extremely dirty！ And we all know that a lot of beautiful rivers in the world also are Sharing the same fate with suzhou river. 　　溺水事故是造成我市未成年人非正常死亡的头号杀手，夏季来临，天气逐渐变热，是溺水事故的高发期，20xx年丽水市因溺水死亡的学生数占全市非正常死亡学生数的60%。

　　由于我区境内，瓯江、宣平港、太平港、好溪流域较长，山塘水库及建筑挖沙形成的水坑较多，且水情险恶，为使小伙伴们安全度夏，大家务必做到以下几点：

　　1.不在无家长带领下私自下水游泳;

　　2.不擅自与他人结伴下水游泳;

　　3.不到不熟悉的水域游泳;

　　4.不到无安全保障的水域游泳;

　　5.不到无人监管或有禁止游泳告示的江河湖泊、溪流、山塘、水库、不明水坑边玩耍戏水;

　　6.遇到有人溺水，小伙伴们千万不要盲目施救，避免不必要的伤亡。要智慧救援：不要惧怕、不要逃离、不要冒然下水施救，要立即呼救或报警。

　　另外，我们要学习救生衣、救生圈等自我防护设备的应用;学习基本的应急自救、救助、报警方法。
